The Montz Company was recommended through my home warranty company and THEY ARE AMAZING!!! From Robin to our technician, Edward E. Montz, IV.....their commitment, dedication and service to getting our problem rectified was impeccable ❤️! I've NEVER had a company ensure I knew my appointment date/time/who was coming out as much as this company did through texts and phone calls. When my part came in for my unit, it took Mr. Montz all of 15 minites to replace the faulty one and have me up and running. Thank you guys!

We called Montz Company out to our home in Liberty to do maintenance on our 16 year old central air system. This was our first time to do business with this company. From setting up the appointment to the end of the visit--their thoroughness with explaining everything, answering all questions, getting there on time, and thoroughly checking out our system - - every aspect of the process was highly professional, courteous, and punctual. I learned of Montz via Hime Warranty claim when my AC broke. The home warranty company sent Montz on that claim. Edward and his partner responded and repaired the AC. They were so polite and made an effort to explain the propane the repair. I chop Montz for my AC/Heating maintenance because I appreciated their manners and they took time to explain the problem and the fix. The Montz maintenance program covers maintenance twice a year. I liked that they cover the both AC and heating during the year. I requested Edward and his partner when scheduling the appointments. I’m very satisfied with this company and have recommended them to neighbors
