I had a wonderful experience with this auto repair shop in Monticello. They took care of my vehicle — and me — right away. From the moment I walked in, the team was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. They did an excellent job communicating and keeping me up to date every step of the way, which I truly appreciated. It made a stressful situation so much easier. They also provided me with a rental car that was very clean and ready to use, which was such a huge help. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and friendly service. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my vehicle!

I wanted to reach out and express my appreciation for the great service I received. I initially came in for an oil change and tire rotation, but your team discovered two additional problems with my vehicle. I was impressed by how you worked with my warranty company to get everything figured out. Although I was prepared to be without my vehicle for the full day given the extent of the repairs, I had my car back in less than three hours. Thank you for the efficient and professional service.

I am incredibly disappointed in the service this place offered my elderly parents. They currently relocated and needed work done on their truck. Monticello Auto Service kept the truck for 2 weeks with minimal communication. Not only did they NOT fix the issue, they charged my parents $2,000! On top of that, when my parents got to the truck to take it some where else, they saw a bunch of wires hanging out! They really expected the truck to be driven like that! Clearly unsafe to drive. Amazing customer service! Engine threw a code, called this business and they said stop in and they would run the codes. Once I arrived, a service technician immediately came outside in -9 temps and ran codes. Very grateful for a customer service based business like this!
