Great, honest, fast and reasonably priced service! 100% recommend. Drove an hour into Monticello on a Saturday for a school athletic event, and right before I pulled into the parking lot, my check engine light started *flashing* and my car started shaking. My experience said spark plug and/or coil. Came to Monticello Auto Center because of the good reviews and he fit me in, looked at the car, and told me exactly what I suspected, and not anything more. He estimated and repaired it in under 90 min, as a walk in from Out of town. He did *not* try to upsell me, or add on anything I didn’t need to get back home again, in fact turned down my offer to have him Change the oil (to make him more money) because he was just trying to get me home. I saw him deal with several other customers while I was waiting and they all got the same great services and prices. 100% would come here for all my car needs if I didn’t live so far away.

Joe was awesome! The breaks went out on my car, and it had to be towed to the shop. It was towed Friday evening. Shout out to Koob Towing. I expected to have to wait a little before having it repaired. I picked it up this evening. Don't hesitate to bring your vehicle to them. They are trustworthy and do good work. There was an incident that occurred with another employee, and it is being addressed. I didn't want that to affect their rating, though.
