We were having problems with our new pellet stove that we purchased about a year ago. I of course, installed it myself, but purchased the fireplace from Monroe fireplace. I always try to shop local. Anyways got it.Installed has been working great. We were kind of laxed on cleaning it.And maintaining. Long story short, the thing was not firing correctly and was piling.Pellets up in the hopper and not firing. I called on monday evening. They actually got the me in the schedule for the next day. The service technician came out. Did a cleaning and found out that the igniter had already started to malfunction. They were very professional and did a great job.They actually had it fixed cleaned and up and running within an hour. Highly recommend. Thank you. The service technician needs a raise. Monroe Fireplace did an amazing job completely replacing our wood burning firebox, with a new gas firebox, including doing all the electrical, adding a gas line, and redoing the tile facade of the fireplace. We couldn't be happier with the result - they did amazing work. 6 month update: Monroe did an excellent job with warranty calibrations, and even comp'ed our first annual cleaning - I couldn't be happier with Monroe's service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
