We had our new semi-custom home built, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Mike Flores, was absolutely awesome: friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us make the right choices for our home. He made the process easy and enjoyable. Luis, who oversaw the actual construction, was equally great. He was thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work. The quality of the build is excellent, and even though the house went up quickly, it never felt rushed. We’re so happy with how everything turned out! Luis (the owner) and Mike Flores (sales team leader) offered nothing help, empathy, patience and professionalism. They were kind, helpful, informative, and committed to actually helping me rather than just selling me. Combined with the effors of my realtor (Levi Nolasco) I found the perfect match and got a beautiful home for an outstanding price. I highly recommen Monarch. Simply the best.
