I’ve had several experiences shopping at Mojo and while all were good, today's was great. I had purchased an item that just didn't turn out to be what I wanted, partly due to the manufacturer not being 100% transparent on what the product did. Spoke with Erick, he had me come in, we sat down and talked it through, got what I needed, made the return/exchange, and even spec'd out a new camera. It’s experiences like this that Amazon just can't deliver. I will make it a point to try and buy as much gear from here vs. big box online sellers.
