I called Alexi from the internet and told him I knew nothing about the security system that we had installed 3 years ago thinking that the company we hired was local. Come to find out that when we had problems with it that they were nowhere to be found. I finally found a number to call back east only to find out they had no service agreements with any companies in our area. Alexi told me he had no experience with the system we have but was willing to come and see what he could do. I had broken wires to an indoor video camera and didn’t know how to fix it. I tried splicing cables but that wasn’t possible with the old cables.
