Tad and his team renovated our master bathroom that was falling apart, not working for us in some ways, and in major need of an update. I got quotes from multiple companies and Tad was by far the most willing to work with our budget and make sure we could get something great for the price we wanted to spend. And we absolutely love the result! He was easy to work with at every step and took our opinions into account for everything. Highly recommend!!!

Modern Renovations recently finished a down to the studs kitchen reno for us. Tad was helpful and patient through the entire process including planning a new layout, picking colors and finishes, answering a lot of questions all along the way. His crew was easy to have around and patient with all of our own chaos and traffic in our home while they were working here. Whatever work his crew didn't perform and was contracted out was also done by people who we were comfortable with having in our home and had excellent workmanship. We would highly recommend using this company for their craftsmanship, integrity and the ease of doing business with them and having them in our home.
