I am happy to leave a review for Chris and Modern Heating. The gas company shut the gas off due to a leak so everything had to happen pretty quick given the cold weather. Chris returned my call very quickly and was able to come by the next day to give me an estimate. Everything was prompt and scheduled quickly and he even offered to drop off space heaters for the Tenant that night, which was greatly appreciated as I live out of town and was not able to make it there. Appointment scheduling was easy, we were able to get a time that worked best for us, without having to move our schedule around. Our tech, Rich was knowledgeable, communicated well and returned promptly after going to pick up a part. We have been told previously that our system is complicated, then we are ghosted. Rich shrugged when I apologized in advance for our system and never seemed in over his head. I was very impressed and will be using them moving forwards. Billing and payments were also clear and simple with online payment options.
