We contacted Edgar on a Sunday evening regarding a clogged toilet and he made himself available to come out first thing Monday morning. Since there were issues beyond the toilet being clogged, he indicated that he could attempt a repair (and he actually unclogged the toilet so we could at least use it in the interim), but it wasn't going to be a guaranteed fix. We, therefore, opted to simply replace the toilet. Within an hour of their leaving on Monday, he sent us a price quote for a new Kohler chair height toilet in biscuit (which is a little pricier than the standard toilets) and installation. He and his assistant, Manuel, arrived at our house this morning at 8:45 with the new toilet and within 45 minutes had the old toilet removed and the new one in place. Their work style is clean and meticulous and they are laser focused when they are working, rather than wasting time talking to each other or trying to figure out how to accomplish the task at hand. For many years we had previously used another plumbing company, but decided that we could no longer depend on them, so this was our first time using MoCo Plumbing. But it will definitely not be our last. The whole way in which Edgar manages his business is highly professional and he is as polite and helpful as he could possibly be. Another bonus is that he offers a one-year warranty on his work, which is at least 9 months longer than most other plumber warranties.
