Jeff was very nice and friendly. Gave me best options and didn't pressure me to have him fix my TV when the back light went out. Even told me what brands to avoid and ones that were good if I decided to buy a new one. I appreciate his help and advice and will be going to him for any type of repair in the future sense I know I will be getting great service and advice
This is the first time I've ever posted a review for NOT getting service. I called asking for Jeff to come fix my Vizio with an LED strip out. He was so honest he let me know he could come fix it, but the problem was known and couldn't be fixed in a way that would make economic sense. Then he talked me through how to set up future TV's to minimize this problem, gave recommendations on TV brands, and was honest, professional, and pleasant. If I ever get a chance to use him, I definitely will.
I was a customer about a year ago. Trusted his diagnosis at first, then began to question when I discovered the parts for my TV were extremely difficult to get hold of, but could be parted out for a high price individually. That's when I did some of my own diagnostics. I was quoted over $800 for a repair with NO guarantee it would be successful. Fixed it myself with $50 and the help if YouTube. He seemed very eager to want to take the "burden" off my hands though. So no, not a spam or malicious review.
We brought in a TV that my husband had tried to fix first, it had parts in a box. Jeff was very kind and was able to diagnose the problem. Turns out all his years real experience bring much better answers than a 6 minute YouTube video. I would take him anything electronic!!! Big results from such a cute little shop.
