My new Apple Airpods were defective from the time I purchased them, but the guys at Mobile Macsters took good care of me when I stopped by for help. They sent the defective item to Apple and had me a brand new replacement within a few days.
Stevenson helped save me over $1000 by simply asking what I use my apple laptop for. I realized I purchased the pro version by mistake but was able to return it and got a larger screen and more memory with the MacBook Air, that’s perfect for my needs… while saving money. On top of that, mobile macsters saved my life by dissecting my 10 year old MacBook Pro that took a dump on me finally. They recovered all of my data which was a disaster avoided. Thanks guys! Excellent service, excellent people. I have been a customer here for many years. They have added RAM to my Macbook pro a few years ago. Now that 2010 Macbook Pro is going for recycle because even though it still operates, the OS is no longer supported nor upgradeable. These guys know their Macs and no appointment needed.
I was far from home, venturing across the country with my teardrop camper and my dog, and I needed my MacBook repaired. I would usually just go to the Apple Store but I went to Mobile Macsters because I couldn’t bring my traveling companion with me into the mall (my 3-you GSD/Belgian Malinous). Not only was my dog welcome, they were very friendly and helpful with no lines or waiting like at the Apple Store. They quickly competed my repair and got me back on the road. Highly recommended!
They were very kind and knowledgeable. I was able to work with them to get my MacBook back up and working. The display had gone out just by manufacture defect and I was able to use my laptop via an external display while they waited for the new part to arrive. I told my family about them and if we need to do any repairs on our Apple products, we will be going here
