I came in for service on my IPad because I accidentally locked it out & the screen just became unresponsive. I looked on the Apple website with what to do & they directed me to bring my device to an Apple certified repair store & I decided to go to Mobile Kangaroo. Iβve never previously been here before, so I came in with no expectations. Initially, I set my appointment time REALLYYY early & I did not feel like waking up to leave for it. Through their appointment-based texting system, it was extremely simple to reschedule to a later time or even reschedule to a different location if need be! There were no fees or anything to set/reschedule appointments & I truly loved how simple it was! I ended up coming in to the store at 12:50 PM & I was 10 minutes late, but Cristian & Ryan were extremely quick to help me & I did not have to wait at all even though I came a little late. The customer service was amazing & they were so helpful to explain whatever my issues & needs were! The service was quick & even though the time was quoted to be an hour, I got my IPad back in 30 minutes! I only paid $40 for the repair & considering the straightforward appointment scheduling, spectacular customer service, & efficient repair times, I would not hesitate AT ALL to come back for my tech repair needs!
