Very nice store. Very kind and friendly staff! Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and helped me learn about batteries and replacements of the Apple. Watch the iPhone and the MacBook.🔋 Kevin let me know that as an apple certified repair center, they will only repair batteries that are below 80% health for the watch and MacBook which is a rule that Apple has made👨⚖️ 🪫 (not the store itself) however, if you have an iPhone: Apple or this store will replace your battery if it is above 80%. Since there is more leniency towards that. Kevin, let me know for an iPhone 14 pro Max with 84% battery health, They could replace it for $119 before taxes w... Very nice store. I came in for service on my IPad because I accidentally locked it out & the screen just became unresponsive. I looked on the Apple website with what to do & they directed me to bring my device to an Apple certified repair store & I decided to go to Mobile Kangaroo. I’ve never previously been here before, so I came in with no expectations. Initially, I set my appointment time REALLYYY early & I did not feel like waking up to leave for it. Through their appointment-based texting system, it was extremely simple to reschedule to a later time or even reschedule to a different location if need be! There were no fees or anything to set/reschedule a... I came in for service on my IPad because I accidentally locked it out & the screen just became unresponsive. There were no fees or anything to set/reschedule appointments & I truly loved how simple it was! I ended up coming in to the store at 12:50 PM & I was 10 minutes late, but Cristian & Ryan were extremely quick to help me & I did not have to wait at all even though I came a little late. The customer service was amazing & they were so helpful to explain whatever my issues & needs were! The service was quick & even though the time was quoted to be an hour, I got my IPad back in 30 minutes! I only paid $40 for the repair & considering the straightforward appointment scheduling, spectacular customer service, & efficient repair times, I would not hesitate AT ALL to come back for my tech repair needs! Thank you again to the Mobile Kangaroo team! :))

Really grateful to the Mobile Kangaroo Los Alamitos team for their quick & reliable service. My phone gave up on me one morning early in the week, and they were local, close, and also offered the soonest available appointment (that very day and hour). All the other Apple locations or Apple authorized service providers were either booked out for the next couple of days or overlapped with my working hours. When I brought in my phone for consultation, they were kind, courteous, patient while informing me of what the process for repair/replacement would look like. They projected a fix within 3-5 business days, but I was actually able to get my ph... Really grateful to the Mobile Kangaroo Los Alamitos team for their quick & reliable service.
