I decided to change HVAC companies to maintain my units. Upon calling the company I have a very pleasant conversation with the woman who gave me all the information I needed plus some great experience. My technician came out today he came in he looked at the inside went right back out and looked at the main unit and underneath. My unit is still up and working with no problems. I feel good about using Mitchell Heating and cooling. And I'm glad that my neighbor suggested them. I signed up for the yearly maintenance contract you had a lot of perks that my previous company did not.

Ryan, the manager, was onsite to review the work and support the crew, which really showed their commitment to quality. Nas led the installation and did excellent work, and Luis was also on the job — both were professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. The entire team worked cleanly, stayed organized, and clearly knew what they were doing. The installation was completed efficiently with great attention to detail. Pricing felt fair, communication was solid, and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. They cleaned up thoroughly and treated the house with care. We used Mitchell HVAC to replace both of our heat pumps and all of our first floor duct work. Very happy my friend referred me to Mitchell heating and Cooling. Richard arrived on time and was very professional. He diagnosed and immediately found the issue with my furnace and fixed it. Totally impressed with Richard and his expertise as another company told me I needed to replace it. Richard was honest and showed me what the issue was.
