Kevin was great help and very understanding of what I wanted. Their team did amazing job of replacing my electrical panel and installing gfi outlets into my house where gfi outlets were needed. I definitely recommend them.

Phillip Goretoy and his associates did an excellent job rewiring our house. He was respectful and patient, explaining what he was doing and why. Phillip had excellent communication, letting us know when he would be arriving each day. It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable. They cleaned up and took away all of the boxes the light fixtures came in. At the end of each working day, he always checked in and let us know what he had accomplished and asked if we had any questions. I would recommend 100%

Our technician was good, but I don't like their business model and will not be using them in the future. Almost $1000 to replace a breaker is outrageous and price gouging if you ask me. You can find this breaker online from reputable outlets for 1/2 the price that the tech told me was their cost for the item. How can someone with the scale they have pay 2x for an item that you can find online from a 3rd party retailer at 1/2 the price. No wonder the owner won an award for double digit profit and topline growth. They told me that it is that expensive because it includes a 10-year warranty. That means, this breaker, that they trust to use... Our technician was good, but I don't like their business model and will not be using them in the future. After having this conversation with the tech, I was able to get a 1-year warranty on the replacement breaker for what I still believe to be way more than it should be based on market pricing. There are a lot of options out there and I will certainly be using another one in the future. UPDATE: Owner responds and tells me that financing is available which totally misses the point. There is no reason that a new breaker should cost almost $1000 with the selling point that it has a 10-year warranty. Again, if you stand behind your products, why would you even need a 10-year warranty. The company is gouging the customer to achieve their double-digit profit and topline growth results and telling me to just finance it. Give me a break.

Fall 2025 major update: Mister Sparky quite literally very likely saved my house from burning down. Prepare yourself before you look at the before pictures of the spaghetti-wire, 1970s hybrid panel of breakers and fuses as it's something else. I had the panel and other crazy panels in the pictures completely removed and everything consolidated into one safe, up to code big panel. Also, my external panels needed work as well as a lot of other things, including crazy cloth three-wire wires original to the house construction in 1972 or 73! My old panel was so insane, so "historic" that it's now in a Mister Sparky museum, lol. Christian Perry ca... Christian Perry came out to do the initial assessment and he worked with his boss to not only give us a huge deal on the massive work that needed to be done (I have recently become a single parent of a 4 year old girl and 18 year old son) but also managed to get work started the next day as I was an emergency case. Lights were flickering on one circuit when appliances were being used, and that was scary. Christian was very honest and straightforward and really got the ball rolling. Philip did 90% of the work, or more. He was awesome--he singlehandedly put in the main panel in one day! Just look at that picture. Incredible work. I'm so thankful for these guys and Mister Sparky. I joined their yearly maintenance program and will only use Mister Sparky from now on. I've had bad experiences with fly by night "mom and pop" electrician outlets, as well as unlicensed idiots who thought they were electrical Renaissance Men, but Mister Sparky is licensed and a national franchise with the highest standards. The county inspector said everything looked great. Also, these guys are so punctual it's amazing, and communication is awesome. It's also easy to schedule an appointment and you're not on the phone for thirty minutes dealing with AI or automation. Thanks again Philip, Christian, and Conner! (Original Review) A+ experience with Mr Sparky. Beginning with the initial call and scheduling. Easy and very professional. Communication via phone, text, and email. Day of technician called me with up to date etas. No waiting at all. Francisco was professional and knowledgeable. He identified an exterior safety issue I was unaware of and will have fixed on a subsequent visit. Fair pricing and my ceiling fan was fixed asap. Will only use Mr Sparky from here on out.

I usually don't give a 5 star because nobody's perfect, however, the guys from Wise come awful close to it. Josh came out and did a through examination of the new breaker panel i wanted completely with generator hook up, took his time and explained all required. Brenton and crew came out for installation of new breaker panel and generator. His work ethics were top notch, keeping us informed of work, when leaving for lunch and calling every day letting us know when he would arrive, both he and his helper had excellent attitudes. Could I have had the same job done less expensive probably, however, quality of work and standing behind what you...
