Brad performed the annual maintenance service very professionally. A year after investing in a Midwest Generator we are very satisfied, the equipment performs its weekly test runs perfectly with an immediate start. In the first year we had a couple of outages and the equipment worked seemlessly, generating all the power we needed, even for the demanding geothermal HVAC. We now know the company follows through with great technicians like Brad for service.
The electrician working on the project did a great job. I even commented that his wiring job looked like art! I was initially told that the gas line would be run through the walls and wouldn't be visible. They ended up running the gas line down the outside of the wall in the garage and the exterior wall to the generator. It would have been better if the plumber installed the gas lines straight instead of eyeballing it
Kobe and the crew were awesome! It was cold and snowing but they powered through and did a great job! Arrived right on time. Texted to let me know when they would be there. Gave me updates as the work went along. Answered all my questions. Greatly appreciate their hard work! Everything went just as planned. Highly recommend Midwest Electric! One call did it all!
Chris and crew were right on time ad and immediately had me out to review where everything was going and what had to be done. The team kept me involved whenever necessary and even let me confirm what they were doing in the processing. After completion they walked me thru the various steps. Helped me get hooked with internet access. They did a great job making sure I had the correct natural gas pressure to properly run the Generac unit. Showed me what to expect for maintenance, how to run the unit manually, and set the automatic weekly test run. They made sure I approved of where piping would be installed and I can definitely say they did a great job. I would recommend Chris and his crew to anyone! Jim George
We purchased a generator from Midwest Electric & Generator summer of 2025. We got a few estimates, and Midwest was by far best value for the services being provided. The technician, Jeff, came out to give us our estimate. He was very professional and provided us with our options without any high-pressure sales. He recommended the right size generator for our home and the necessary upgrade to our gas line that we would need. Ryan and his team installed the unit in less than four hours and coordinated all of the work and inspections with Xcel energy. Midwest returned three weeks later to do their own post installation inspection. We would be happy to recommend Midwest Electric & Generator to our friends, neighbors and family.
