I had my furnace serviced yesterday. Rick was the tech that came out. He started out putting covers over his shoes, before he even started walking thru the house. I thought that was impressive. He serviced my furnace, explaining the workings of the furnace and that everything looked great. He defiantly knows his business and has a great sense of humor too. He laughed at my jokes, that’s something right there! Will definitely use your company again!!!

This morning, I went to a property I purchased to check on the water pipes, make sure the cupboards were open, etc., and was immediately greeted by a strong smell of gas. I called Semco, and they sent someone out right away (props to them as well) to investigate. After initially contacting another company and being made to feel like my situation was an inconvenience, I reached out to Michiana Heating & Air Conditioning. Michele, who answered the phone, was incredibly understanding, and I was very impressed with her excellent customer service. The technician, Mike, was equally outstanding—efficient, knowledgeable, and able to correct the gas leak at a very reasonable price. Both Michele and Mike are friendly, customer-focused professionals and true assets to the company, and I hope Michiana Heating & Air Conditioning knows just how valuable they are. Going forward, I know exactly who I’ll be calling if a similar situation arises—and it will be Michiana Heating & Air Conditioning.

Levi did a wonderful job! Diagnosed my furnace, checked thermostat, pulled jammed dirty filter, cleaned another part and checked blower motor. Blower motor was the culprit. Didn’t take long to receive part. Which he replaced today. Thank you for your punctuality, expertise and due diligence. My first experience with this company. First impressions are very important in any experience. I can say from my initial contact to present it has been an outstanding experience. We built in 2005 and have had zero issues with our Napoleon brand fireplace. So it's not a huge surprise 20 years later when an issue has popped up. Of course during the holiday season. I called on a Monday morning at 9 am and spoke with the nicest person in getting me on the schedule to have a service engineer come. It would be a few weeks (totally understandable) for an appointment. Later that morning, received a call that service was in the area and could stop by if possible. Absolutely. His name was Josh and I received a text with his picture. I got a call about hour when he was to arrive. Josh arrived. He was very pleasant. Removed his boots before entering our home, and brought floor coverings to do the service. He did give a heads up before starting that parts for this old of a unit may not be available. Fully understandable. He was able to diagnose the problem and parts were available. He gave us an estimate and guaranteed the cost for 30 days. Again he was very nice and a pleasure to work with. We called later that day to give the service the go ahead. We received a call today to schedule the repair with the new parts. Again, everyone we dealt with on the phone were polite , cordial , and pleasant. First and continued impressions mean a lot. It makes me feel they care about their work and care about providing a great service.
