Miguel and his crew worked not only quickly, but carefully. We replaced a garage door lintel, and we also needed mortar repointing in a flagstone sidewalk and front steps, chimney work and miscellaneous repointing around the house. All of this was completed over three full back-to-back days—very convenient—and everything looks fantastic. The degree of finish in the work is outstanding. All of this AND a thorough cleanup afterwards! I’d give six stars if I could. Thank you!
Maycol and his team did a great job repairing our chimney and making our fireplace functional! They helped us repair bricks on top of our chimney and inside of our fireplace. They also removed our mantle and made the fireplace look really nice afterwards. We'll be putting up a new mantle later.
Job involved foundation waterproofing and brick work. Scope of work was clearly spelled out and fair price agreed to. Work was explained as it progressed. Lawn and shrubbery were protected and restored. Brick work was outstanding. The father was always on site supervising the work. Particularly important was the use of shovels and not backhoe near the house. I plan to use MEVM for another project summer 2026.
I am a repeat customer of MEVM Construction. Three years ago this company installed a large flagstone patio in our backyard. Last year, they installed a flagstone front walkway for us. The quality of the masonry infrastructure is solid and the flagstone design and installation are excellent and holding up well. We continually receive compliments on the finished design work. My wife is very happy and describes it as a work of art. Mike Medrano kept us informed of the work schedule and the crew worked timely under his and his father’s direction for the masonry and stonework. We received quality, artisan work at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.
