We had an emergency call on the weekend, and they promptly answered and had someone over right away with a new sump pump. We also used them a couple of years ago when our water heater went out and we received the same excellent service. Highly recommend them.
Matt is awesome! He is very good at his job and comes as quickly as humanly possible to take care of his customers! Very professional and dependable! I highly recommend him!
Emergency on the weekend but only wants to deal with former customers on weekends and not new customers. Only wants to deal with new customers on weekdays. This is very unprofessional especially if you have an emergency and nothing else is open. I don't recommend this place if you have something that needs to be taken care of right away. They are not willing to help unless you are an existing customer.
Thank you Merten! Matt did an excellent job replacing the broken strainers in our kitchen sink this week. Super job, looks great and my wife is super happy with how the new strainers match the color of the sink faucet :)
