11/28/25-DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with Meca Drains Plumbing!!!! sent out a tech to my home with a ridiculous quote $275 without ever dianosing the problem!! Nate argued with me, a customer because I questioned it!!! I asked about a warranty & told NO next he offers a camera in lieu of a warranty. UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE!!!! read the CURRENT reviews (the other ones are ALL old) HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NATE is happy go lucky when u call to get your business, but its not long before u see his true self! i wouldn't recommend this company to my DOG!!!!! ZERO rating!! do yourself a favor & SKIP this one!! In response to your reply: NATE! speak on the real issue and quit trying to attack! U NEVER spoke on the WARRANTY?? All about taking MONEY! Nate at Meca was great and the whole staff was solid. I needed a last minute drain scope for a home inspection and they showed up fast and handled everything professionally. They were upfront about the cost too. If the toilet has to come off the price goes up a bit, but they worked with me and made it easy. They also went the extra mile and gave me a video explaining the issue so I could negotiate the home price with confidence. That meant a lot. Good people, good work, and real customer care. I will definitely use them again.
