We live in a pretty remote area, so it’s often been a challenge to find someone willing to come out and clean our carpets. Travis exceeded all expectations! He was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit us into his schedule within just a few days. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain each step of the process. The customer service was outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend — 10/10 experience!

Definitely pleased with our service today! I reached out through their Facebook page for a quote to steam clean a used couch we purchased and a couple area rugs. I received a call same day. We set up a visit for a quote, he came and measured the space, worked up the quote, presented it and he was able to begin work immediately! Very thorough work and made sure we were satisfied before he left! I will definitely use again when the time comes!

We had McPherson’s clean our ceramic tile/grout and carpets. They did an excellent job! The ceramic tile looks brand new again! They are honest, friendly and hard working. I have also used them for an overall deep cleaning of my house, which I was very pleased with. I highly recommend their services!

From the very first time I ever reached out to McPherson, Mr. Travis communicated extremely well. The day of our scheduled cleaning, he kept me up to date on where he was and exactly what time he would be arriving. We got our large sectional, an upholstered bench and our nursery recliner cleaned and they all look pristine! Having a toddler boy, I thought for sure our furniture would be a lost cause; however, McPherson has out done themselves!! I can not recommend them enough for all of your upholstery cleaning needs!!
