We live in a pretty remote area, so it’s often been a challenge to find someone willing to come out and clean our carpets. Travis exceeded all expectations! He was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit us into his schedule within just a few days. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain each step of the process. The customer service was outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable. From the very first time I ever reached out to McPherson, Mr. Travis communicated extremely well. The day of our scheduled cleaning, he kept me up to date on where he was and exactly what time he would be arriving. We got our large sectional, an upholstered bench and our nursery recliner cleaned and they all look pristine!
