McClintock Heating and Cooling

We are long time customers of McClintock. Any time we’ve had an issue, whether it be heating or cooling, they’ve come out the same day and repaired the issue. Recently, we had a costly AC repair needed. I was hestitant to spend the money without a second opinion. I called and spoke to JB, the service manager, and after listening to my concerns, he sent out another manager to give a second opinion. Brent came out and patiently listened to me. He then showed me what part was needed to be replaced and the damaged that was found. He made sure our system was working perfectly before he left. We’ve never had a bad experience with any technician that’s come out in all the years we’ve been a customer. This is an honest company who stands behind their word and their work. This is what keeps us loyal to McClintock and why we recommend them to anyone we know.

I switched to McClintock this month because I became disappointed with the company I had been using for years. McClintock installed a new HVAC system in my home this past week & I hardly knew they were here. The crew was exceptionally polite & worked hard to complete in 2 days. During this time I had a visit from one of the owners, Mr McClintock to make sure everything was going smoothly. Today I received a gift in the mail thanking me for the new business. It’s not expected but sure makes a customer feel appreciated! The friendly staff on phone & online make it all worthwhile. I highly recommend this company.

I’m extremely happy that I decided to give McClintock a call! We’d used another company over the last several years; but the last few services just didn’t feel right. I found McClintock on Next Door and they had superb ratings. Still curious, so I checked their ratings on Google; which were also amazing. I texted them super early Friday morning and reviewed a text from Baylee, and it was by far one of the best interactions from a customer service perspective that I’ve had. She asked thoughtful questions around current setup, issues, mentioned potential options/rebates, got us schedules the same day, and was just all around pleasant to deal with. The same compliments apply to Sam, who came out to diagnose the issues. He was incredibly thorough in his assessment, transparent with options, and asked great probing questions to help guide us to what made more sense given our situation. I have no doubt that the install and servicing will be just as flawless. I’d highly recommend this company for any HVAC issues/concerns.

I truly can not say enough good things about our experience! By far, the best HVAC tech we have had in past twenty years. Baker was knowledgeable, thorough, and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. He cares about his customers and it shows. Left us feeling confident with our choice to use McClintock! I’d give him 6 stars if I could. Money well spent! We will be calling Baker back for heating maintenance in a few months.
