Extremely disappoint quality of service. Last October they helped to install a new washing machine engine. They said it was a simple and common fix. A few months later and it was clear the machine now could only really run on "small load" setting. I called a month ago about my concerns. They said they would call back. I heard nothing. Now the engine is broken again and the machine is useless. Took me for over $1K to NOT fix my problem.
What fabulous service! I had called and they scheduled an appointment immediately and Olec came to my house for initial inspection Of what needed to be done. He ordered a part and it came in pretty quickly and scheduled the appointment within a day. I had so many questions and found it fascinating to watch him take apart my stove such knowledge of everything was impressive. We talked a lot about his background how he came about this profession. The Component we ordered did not fix the problem and right away he figured out a solution and ordered The correct component which came in very quickly once again, and he was at my house for the next day. Once again, his expertise and watching him work and his pleasant personality made this a great experience and I’m so happy with the service provide provided.!! Highly recommended!!!
Farid did a great job on my dryer. He was punctual and very communicative. He texted when he was on his way and updated me through the process. He was so quiet and didn’t take long at all. Thank you.
We called right during holiday season and they were able to come out the next day. A wine glass had broken in our dish washer and the stem was caught in the drain pipes. He was able to seamlessly disassemble the appliance, clean up the water, and remove the glass all in 20 minutes. Very fair and reasonable pricing paired with worthy knowledge and service. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed!
