Marshalls Septic Care

Had our five-year maintenance clean-out done by Skylar, who was helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the system. He also informed us that the flushable wipes are not good for septic systems as they don't desolve, nor are they biodegradable, so they layer up inside and aren't easily removed. (Learned something new today, altho we've never used them before.) Marshalls Septic is efficient and they have a great crew to assist, from their office staff to the technician!

Carlos came on time and made quick work of emptying the septic tank. He cleaned up everything and explained all that was done as well as offered suggestions on how to keep my septic tank working at its best for the future. Professional and knowledgeable. Excellent work.

Chad and Carlos are amazing. Everybody in the office was amazing. They don't upsell you, they don't charge you for stuff that you don't need super friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend them.

Quick efficient and let me know what the septic system should look like BEFORE he opened it so I would know what I was looking at. Carlos was very personable and professional. Nice to see someone actually like their job despite the subject matter. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Marshall Septic Service in Fallon. They’ve repaired my septic system in the past and I’ve also rented portable toilets from them multiple times. Every interaction has been professional, prompt, and handled the right way. Their team shows up when they say they will, communicates clearly, and the quality of service has consistently exceeded my expectations.
