The guy himself is pleasant but his knowledge of ps4's is nonexistent even though he assured me he has experience with them. He broke the back of my ps4 and mangled the screws under the security tabs which he removed. And still charged me a 100.00 to fix it.
Marc did a great job on repairing my laptop ... I would highly recommend his services to anyone that needs a great computer tech !
