MANNING BUILDCO: New Construction and Renovations

Manning building company was referred to us by good friends and we are so thankful. When we first reached out Walt was super responsive and communicative and when we met and he assessed what we wanted to do to finish the basement, he gave us some great ideas and inspiration. He was also really clear about what was possible. As the work began his team was so efficient and thorough, and respected our home since we lived in it with our kids the entire time they did the work. Walt and his team were nothing short of awesome, they kept us posted on how the work progressed, did and really nice, clean and thorough job, and even took on some additional projects we added on as they began the work. Walter did a great job on a whole house renovation for us. We added a two car garage with a bonus room above it, extended the dormer in the back of the house and renovated the entire house including taking down walls, new header beams, new kitchen, three new bathrooms, re-sided entire house and re-roofed entire house plus new paneling and screens in the porch. Walter’s approach with an open book cost plus contract saved us a huge amount of money and the project was completed on budget (even including needed field changes and some requested additional work) and was completed on time within the agreed upon schedule.
