Major Restoration Services

A good friend of mine referred Major Restoration Services to me when I was looking to finish my basement. They came out promptly to provide an estimate, after agreeing on a price work began within two weeks. The total project took about 6 weeks to complete. At the completion of the project I was beyond impressed. When visitors come for the first time everyone is impressed and we always get complements. I have and will continue to refer MRS to anyone that is looking to remodel their house or if they have any sort of property damage.

Our basement flooded due to a broken sewer pipe. Major did a wonderful job of clean-up. Anthony and Cam did an awesome job of putting our room back together the way it was before the flooding. I would highly recommend Major and Anthony and Cam!

Three terms describing our experience with Major Restoration are: ‘quality workmanship’, ‘professionalism’, and ‘trust’. Duy, the estimator, did an accurate assessment of the water damage affecting two-thirds of our house and determined a timetable for restoration. He streamlined the process with the insurance inspector. Subsequently, there were no challenges in working with the insurance company. Duy was willing to order from a new source, when we found paneling identical to the original. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Major Restoration Services for water-related cleanup services. They were onsite shortly after our call. Terry and Max were courteous and professional, explaining each step they went through to remediate the water issues. Thanks for making a difficult situation easier!

Anthony and Cameron did a great job working around our full basement. Work was completed in just over one day and it looks better than new
