This company from office staff to technicians all get an A+! Personable, helpful, tech was awesome. Polite, neat, thoughtful. It was wet out, and immediately he put boot /shoe covers on so not to track wetness on my rug. So thoughtful. He had a great personality, just a super nice guy. He installed a water heater giving me options, did not push me into getting the most expensive one. All in all great experience, great company.
Cost was upfront. Ryan was kind, thorough and knowledgeable. He was patient with me as I inundated him with questions while he worked. He took the opportunity to use all his skill and knowledge in not just stopping a leak and replacing corroded parts but helping me understand the natural gas furnaces systems and math.
The freezing weather in Massachusetts really put a strain on our plumbing, so we were relieved when Antonio from Maffei responded quickly to assess and diagnose the issue. He took the time to explain how the cold was affecting our system and reassured us with clear solutions. We truly appreciated his expertise and the fast response from the entire Maffei team!
Maffei recently reached out to schedule our annual HVAC maintenance check... their Admin rep was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, having all of our info handy at the time of the call. Scheduling was simple and straightforward. Upon arrival, their HVAC Tech stopped outside the entryway to put boot covers on to prevent tracking snow & mud into our kitchen. The tech also demonstrated the same friendly, knowledgeable and professional qualities shown by the Admin. Service was quick, simple, thorough and caused minimal disruption to my work (I work from home and made sure to block my calendar for the time he'd be onsite so I didn't have any TEAMs meetings. Plan ahead, folks!) Overall Maffei Services has been an outstanding partner for us for over 10 years, and counting. Would highly recommend!
