I was rear ended after owner my new Genesis for two days. The insurance company gave me a list to choose from for an estimate. I found some of the companies had multiple locations and some were owned by private equity. I prefer a small business where the owner is on site to supervise all the work. I read good reviews about Marcelo. I had my work done here and the experience was amazing. Marcelo coordinated the approval , scheduled me and had the work done on time. The result looks as if there was never an accident. You can tell he cares about his customers and his work. I now have a friend at a auto body shop. If needed, I will return here or recommend a friend.
