Had issues with my Gaming PC after installing a new GPU. After I did a fresh install of windows had boot problems and a slow PC. Dropped it off at Mac Men. Alex the PC tech stayed in constant contact about what was going on and what needed to be done. They ended up doing the 12 point performance check and got it all back clean and running like new again. Will take all my electronics here in the future if they need repair. Highly Recommended and Professional.
Not fast at all like the other reviews say, they literally try to charge you and make it more of a hassle to even get your computer back when they cant fix it
Extremely helpful! I had a few stuck keys on my Mac book and originally went to Best Buy for help. They referred me to Mac Men which had an immediate solution without telling me it needed to be replaced! Totally recommend for the kind staff and quick help!
I brought my phone in for repair and while the initial fix solved the main issue, it unfortunately caused a problem with the speaker. However, Ted handled it really well and fixed everything quickly without charging anything extra. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Mistakes can happen, but how they're handled says everything. Great service overall.
I took my Pixel phone in to repair the phone screen. When I returned for my phone the screen lost sensitivity on the middle and I was unable to unlock it, so I was told that the repairs needed to be reversed. Once I returned for my phone again, the SIM card slot was damaged and I wasn't able to connect to the Internet, even after calling my providers support and going through basic troubleshooting. I never had any problems connecting online before and was only having issues after the repairs, however clerk said it wasn't possible that the phone got damaged during the repairs and that I just needed to contact support. Before I left the clerk said he would try ordering another part and try again, but I said not to bother as I needed that repair done before the next day. I ended up having to buy a brand new phone and the original SIM card worked with the new phone, so it wasn't an issue with the card. Then, I get a message from him later the next week saying that the parts were in. Then I explained to him that wasn't necessary as I already told him I needed it done that week and explained how I had to get a new phone after the repairs and that his services were no longer required. He still proceeded to message me and not take any responsibility for damaging my phone and said that I was just getting wrong information about how to fix it. Very unprofessional. It's clear that the problems were caused by the repairs, whether they realized how they did it or not. In those cases just admit fault and make concessions for other services, instead of gaslighting me and continuing to message me. I don't recommend any Pixel repairs to this store and would caution other about other services if they're not able to take responsibility.
