This company is the best! I just had them re-roof my house and the whole experience was amazing! From the initial quote to scheduling and then completing the job, Lance kept me informed by communicating with me every step of the way. His crew was very professional and the entire company's attention to detail was top notch! I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs anything from a small repair to a full re-roof! Go local with this company and you will not be disappointed!

Lance our roofer is a real go getter . He came back after our first job to help us identify the source of our leak when it was late at night . Very trustworthy and insightful, just 4 stars for not identifying the source of the leak the first go around but issue is completely solved now after the second less expensive job was done. Price was very good , but paying was very frustrating ( please add more info for the ICCU bank transfer + Venmo, not all the information I need to pay is there. ICCU please give the name of the account, only account # is listed and I wasn't able to connect, Venmo we need the phone number on the account). Generally I’m happy we went with a smaller company, the work done was very good quality - Lance will fix it for sure and that is why we will likely call again in the future. Thank you Lance.

If you want the best and you want to be able to fully trust your vendor to provide what the say they will in the time they say they will, then you need to call M3 Roofing. This company gives you the small family business quality and service. They are honest, upfront and remain in daily communication throughout the process. The owner is on-site at least 90% time. My home has a huge roof and M3 quoted below most and even passed a product sale discount straight through to me…..they didn’t have to even tell me about it…but they did.
