It seems one of the service advisors decided it was okay to curse out my step-dad, little brother, and mom, simply because he was having a bad day and a service loaner was requested. Apparently the owner wasn’t in, but the son was and he couldn’t have cared less. My mom just asked for an apology from the advisor and was told that wasn’t going to happen today. What kind of business are y’all running here? It’s okay to try and disrespect customers? My parents and little brother were treated very disrespectfully. I am so ashamed that I told them to bring it to this dealership’s service department. UPDATE: So on here I was asked to contact the dealership, after already speaking to them. I WILL NOT be changing my review since, even after speaking with them, they didn't care.
