We had our sewer pipes replaced in our front yard and basement about a month ago. Thought everything was fine until we noticed where they took up a piece of the concrete the concrete slab next to that one is cracked and which it wasn’t before. The concrete slab that was taken out plus the dirt that was put back after they completed the job has now sunk about a foot. We now have gurgling again in our toilet. A guy came out Saturday and cleared the clog and a guy came out on 3/9 and put a camera through the pipes to see if there were any issues. There were none. His manager said the reason the dirt and the stone sunk was because of all the snow we had. We now have to go without a toilet again. You charged us $19,000 for this crappy work. Then wanted to charge us another 3,000 for a pipe in the basement that was done illegally that was not in contract that we signed because Troy said he wasn’t concerned about it. You guys stand by your work you do. It was shitty work. My husband just had a stroke and this happens now because of the work you stand by. $19,000 what a rip off. We should be reimbursed due to this issue. This all started when I was doing wash on Saturday and water was coming out of the pipe that is connected to washer that is connected to the pipe on the wall. Basement filled with water

I live in an old house, so on today’s episode of this old house: my shower handle broke on my dinosaur of a bath/shower combo. Lowry’s sent Joesph out quick, for an estimate. He diagnosed the problem and explained in plain English, so I understood. I agreed to have my shower/bath combo refurbished/rebuilt. Joesph arrived a few days later with an assistant. The two men addressed the pipes: they removed the ugly pipes and installed shiny pipes. Sometime later, they finished. The shower works again. The tub function works again, and I am happy with the shinny handles.

I have been a loyal customer of Lowry Services for years now. I have called for many emergencies like hot water heater and plumbing issues. Last Tuesday I woke up with no heat in the house. I am a caregiver to my 86 year old Mom. I called Lowry and tech was at my house right away to assess. The house heater was original with the houses built in the late 50’s. I had to have it replaced so sales rep soon came later that day explaining my payment options and installation process. I decided since I would have to replace the heater I would have central air installed. Thursday, January 15th Jacob and his team came early in the morning to start installation. He was professional and explained everything that would be replaced. He was patient answering questions and his team was just as professional. They completed the heater installation same day and then he returned Friday to install central air. Friday my Mom had a doctor appointment so we needed to leave before noon. Jacob was very accommodating and reassured they would have everything completed before noon and they did! I can’t thank him enough and his team for their efficient work and professionalism. It is so nice to wake up with heat and I look forward to having central air fir the first time this upcoming summer season! Thank you Lowry for your exceptional services!
