My Android had a broken screen. I called at 4:30 and they said bring it in and we'll fix it by 6:00PM when we close. They fixed it as promised. However, something was rattling terrible when I tried to talk or hear someone talk. I called and they said bring it in. I brought it in and they said the new screen was defective. They fixed it no questions asked. They are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. And really, really nice people. I couldn't be happier.

Replaced iPhone 12 battery in less than 30 min for $80. Friendly service. Works great!

The Lowell Phone Repair Shop is absolutely amazing! They have saved and fixed my LG Stylo 6 phone twice, and it works good as new again. I had it repaired there once for the charging port several years ago; and I just recently had it repaired there again to fix the glass detection screen, FPC cable, and display screen which was detached from the phone itself. They do an amazing, timely, professional job with great work and lasting results. They're always friendly, welcoming, polite and respectful, and will be honest about your technology situation.
