The main reason I called this company was because of the ratings here on Google. I wasn't disappointed. I had a heating unit go down at the most un-opportunistic time (though there never really is a good time). But this was the weekend right before Thanksgiving and my 80+ y/o mother-in law was the only one home at the time as I was out of town. I was concerned, especially for her because the forecast was for a big drop in temperatures over the next few days. Ben was a complete professional and immediately eased my concerns. Being aware of the pending holiday, he stopped by (we are located in a very remote area) over the weekend to make sure he could get any parts he needed before Thanksgiving. He was very thorough and did a complete diagnostic on everything, even applying a temporary fix until he could get the parts he needed. Once the part came in, he returned as soon as possible to complete the repair and got it all done in a few days! I assume this is a family run business. I also feel good about supporting local, family run businesses. There aren't too many businesses anymore who put their customers first. This company does. I recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services. Bravo!
