We live in a historic area in Long Beach and wanted to keep the same Spanish Colonial look. Contacted Local Roofer Inc. for the job after getting a couple of estimates. Not only Nelson came in with a better price but he did over and beyond what everyone else wanted to do. The roof came out fantastic 2pc red clay tile with birds stops that he suggested to look nicer without charging us more for it. It was a wonderful experience & very easy to deal with him, quick, professional and detail oriented that enjoys doing a great job that’s he’s proud of. I would definitely refer them to anyone who like to get their roof done beautifully at a reasonable price.
