Do Not Use!!!!!! Paid him $65.00 cash upfront to measure the windows. He never did the work and will not return calls. Would have rated zero but not an option. No work ever done after measuring windows. Have phone records of 7 attempts to resolve issue.
Touch and go. Does good work on the screens, reasonable prices but had one screen missing and couldn't get it back. Finally just giving up. Was not separate from order. Came out a second time to measure it since it was forgotten. Husband to leave work to do so and have not paid due to no delivery of screen. Also you still have my old screen.
If there was a zero, l would rate, all l can say is l will never call or recommend this business, he charged $400 dollars up front and $400 due when finished, then on leaving said it would be a week to 10 days to get the glass, That was too much and cold so the next day l got it done in 4 hours for $300 total. I called him to cancel and asked for my money back, he said he couldn’t cancel the glass which cost him almost $200 but he could refund my balance left of$200. My refund never came, I called and left a voice mail asking for my money. He called today in response and said he would refund $89 of my 400. He needed five minutes to measure my two standard windows. then took an hour of my time to talk about his political and religious views, l had to ask him to leave as l needed to do other things, to which he replied he just wants to get the “truth out there”. but if you read my story, he isn’t about truth or fairness
Called to have gentleman give me an estimate on replacement of my storm door glass. He came, took a picture of the door and left. Said he would let me know the price. After a week I texted then called him. A few days later I called again. He never called me back. So I gave up and took my business elsewhere Very poor business practices.
Had two screens repaired there today. Very high quality work and a fair price. Staff was courteous and professional. Will definitely be taking more window screens there again.
