Hired Linek Plumbing to install a new hot water heater and to replace the water shut off valve for our condo unit. Sean was the plumber who came to do both jobs. He was excellent and we felt we were in good hands with him here. Besides being impressed with him as a plumber, we greatly appreciated the care he took to protect our floors and cleaning up once the job was done. Very highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs, and plan to use them for any of our future plumbing needs.

Jake was awesome! He was able to fix our broken bib on the hose faucet in no time. He was so kind and patient and explained everything he was going to do. He made sure to get us a quote before he started to make sure we knew the cost before anything was done. I’ve used Linek twice now and I will be using them in the future. They’re fantastic and so glad to have found them!

The technician arrived on time and was polite. However, I was charged $198 to unclog a drain using a plunger, which took less than 10 minutes. There was no warranty or follow-up guarantee included. I thought there would be more to the service than using a plunger... I can do that myself. I understand service calls cost money, but the price felt excessive for the work performed. I recommend asking about pricing and guarantees upfront. I had a follow up appointment with them to fix a garbage disposal and cancelled the appointment immediately. I'll be working with another company.
