Probably the only one with this experience. I thought at first that it would be worth it to repair my phone there, as my screen had huge problems. He fixed in about 10 minutes and costed me 200+ dollars, for nothing. Came back home and realized the touch screen started to get messed up. Few months later, my phone has visible cracks in the back of the phone while it never fell off my hands nor a bed. I just think giving this price to make it work for 2 months is overpriced.

They took a look and, with complete honesty, told me the lens itself was fine—it was only the screen protector I had applied that was broken. ​They quickly removed the broken protector and, unbelievably, didn't charge me a single dollar for the inspection or the fix! Most places would have charged a diagnostic fee or tried to upsell a full repair. ​Lifeline Rescue is clearly focused on integrity and customer service over profits. I will always take my devices here, knowing they provide honest diagnostics and the highest quality work. Best repair shop in the area, hands down.
