I own several houses as a landlord and work with many handyman services. Among all of these companies, Leo and his team have been absolutely the best. They have a very high work ethic, honesty, and integrity. This makes it extremely easy as a customer to rely on their work. They worked on well over 10 of my projects and always delivered what they promised. An easy 5/5 from me.
Mr. Leo Flores is a fantastic handyman. i found him in google search, saw the reviews, alllll were good. not a single bad review. so i called him up, he looked at and started the job within days. my ac was leaking, it needed to be cleaned and drained properly. and there was a bad leak with chewed water lines under the house from my restroom. he replaced and restructured everything with a side handyman. He educated me on about these projects that as well.. He really is a trustworthy and professional handyman, who is affordable and fair. I always recommend him and call to him when I have a job. Leo does great work. Fair prices, honest and easy to communicate with. My sister in law found him and now our whole extended family uses him. He has an excellent stone mason who redid my daughter’s front steps and repaired a fountain. He has done so many jobs at my mother in laws I can’t remember from plumbing to installing lights to building a fence. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
If you're looking for a handyman in San Antonio, I can't suggest Leo more. I used him to remove our TV in one room and mount it in another room. Not only did he do this, but when we asked him to cut a hole in the wall to hide the wires, he suggested adding a new outlet behind the TV and installed it right then and there. I intend to use him in the future for all of our projects. He is kind, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. The second time I hired him, Leo fixed my toilet, installed boards in my attic, repaired a porch light, fixed the tiles in my kitchen and installed a new porch door. He is very affordable and does great work.
We contacted Leo to repair some damaged fascia on our historic two story house in the Jefferson area. Upon inspection, he pointed out several additional areas that needed remediation and also found a roof defect that was allowing roof rats into our attic. We had previously paid two exterminator companies for exclusion services and neither had identified this issue. After our initial meeting Leo came back with a detailed estimate and a very fair price. Leo and his helper worked very efficiently and quickly fixed our wood repair issues and had all of the necessary skills to fix our side patio (concrete pad repair and replacing damaged Saltillo tile). In addition, they replaced the masonry cap on a retaining wall for the flower bed next to our repaired patio slab. All of this work was professionally executed and in a timely fashion. Leo is trustworthy and very pleasant to work with and always answered our questions, let us know when options were available and even made some great design suggestions. We have full confidence in his company and are grateful that we found him. We are including before and after photos of our side patio repair to show why we are so pleased with his work.
