I took my honda civic in for rear brake repair and they called and told me what needed to be fixed and charged me less than what they thought it would be. And we're so good with me when I called 3 times to check on the progress as I have a anxiety disorder when it comes to stressful things like when my cars break down I will only go there from now on!0
Great service! These guys are not going to swindle you into fixing things that don't need fixing. They also look for the things that do need fixing. They caught a major item for me twice that kept me off the side of the road. Honest mechanic!
Lenny's has nothing but beyond exceptional when dealing with both my personal and business vehicles. The quality of care that they provide is top notch and supersedes any other shop that I have been to in the area. I will forever be taking all of my vehicles to Lenny's. They are trustworthy and honest which makes a big difference as car repairs tend to be expensive. They do not nickel and dime you either which I appreciate as well. Not to mention Tiffany who takes calls and works at the front is very knowledgable and helpful which makes the experience at Lenny's that much better! Lenny's all the way baby!
We were recommended to Lenny’s by our neighbor’s who have used them for years. What a great place. Everyone there is friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. They only repair what needs to be done and it’s done properly! Sometimes they might have recommendations that could be less expensive. Honest and reliable garage. No scamming or shoddy work at Lenny’s!
TO REPAIR or NOT TO REPAIR? My son’s old Jeep just kept having issue after issue, he kept trying to do repairs with the help of a friend, since he hadn’t paid much for it. But he’d drive somewhere, and get back in to leave, and it wouldn’t start. I had him bring it in to Lenny’s, to go over it and give us a recommendation on what repairs it needed, and whether it made sense to repair. They were thorough, and found repairs needed were many and major-Lenny’s recommended not repairing. We paid a reasonable fee for time spent. Some shops may have taken advantage or repaired enough to get by til another breakdown. This is why our family has Lenny’s as our mechanic shop for over 40 years. And they stand behind their work!
