We brought our son's brand new instrument to this shop after he got a dent in it. We were nervous about trusting anyone with it, especially since it was so new. From the moment we walked in, every bit of worry disappeared. The owner and team was incredibly kind and genuinely personable. You could tell right away that they care about every instrument like it is their own. They treated our son's instrument with such skill and attention that we left feeling completely confident and grateful. The quality of their work and the warmth of their service truly blew us away. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. As long as we have an instrument in the family, this will be our go to shop. Loyal customers for the long haul.
