I called Robert in regards to a new mobile home we are moving into. On the same day and shortly later, Robert came to our property and spent 2 hours with us showing us things that had not been pointed out to us before during our initial inspection, and was very attentive and professional. He explained exactly how to fix every issue he found and why and how it had gotten to be there and pointed out things under and within the foundation of the home. He gave us a much clearer and better understanding of the make of mobile homes and how to maintain our property, in addition to fixing the issues he found. We noticed that we had a leak in our ceiling, so I called Land, Repair & Maintenance and left a message. Within an hour, Robert called me back. I requested to have an expecting of the roof and he was at our house the same afternoon. As it was crucial and I was really concerned with the condition of the roof, the next morning he was at our house to fix the problem. What a piece of mind to have the job done so quickly. I can not say enough about how professional Robert from Land Repair and Maintenance is. He came out as promised to patch my roof. He did this in horrible weather. I really appreciate that. He did not waiver one but. After he finished with that he came in and explained in detail all that he did and also answered many questions I had for him. He also anwered other questions in plumbing issue I have and was more then happy to take a look and guided me on how to fix it. Thank you Robert for coming out today and giving excellent service.
