Lahaina Plumbing Co

Lahaina Plumbing was hired by our property manager for the cottage we rent. The company communicated well with me to let me know when they would be here. When I had no hot water the office lady seemed to really care and made us a priority. Kai & Geno came out to fix it the next day. They worked quickly and each time they were here for probably less than an hour (unlike some companies in the past that I've had slack off during the job). Kai & Geno were both very friendly, and likeable, and explained to me why we were having water leaks. When I noticed something else leaking they came out pretty immediately the same day to make it right. I appreciate how thorough they were and how respectful they were while working at our home. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely the worst in customer care and service! Ray, the owner, is so self absorbed at being so busy that he fails in basic customer interaction skills. First, he failed to show up for an agreed to appointment, then the next day when I called him he said that "I need to call him to remind him about meeting me!" When I called him later - to remind him about our new appointment, I had to leave a message. He called back and in turn got my voice mail, when I called him back he stated he was no longer in the area and MIGHT stop by later in the day! He told me it was my fault for not answering his call!!! He went on to share that he is very busy and if I don't want him completing my job, thats fine with him!!! WOW.... Such a poor example of service. My mission now is to make sure Lahaina Plumbing's business slows down. A LOT. So then they will learn to appreciate every customer they have. Michael
