Walked in with my appliance in my truck. Counter girl and old lady at desk said that they will not work on it if it was not purchased from them. Then she said they were 6 to 7 weeks behind. She asked if I knew the model number, I did not, but advised her it was in my truck outside. I asked if they had someone to look at it, and she said he was out. Bottomline, these people did not offer to help one bit. All I got was double talk and a run around. How these people stay in business I do know-must be a warranty scam place. I will never pay these people a nickel.

I'm not sure of the lady's name, but I called a few times to get some more information on a refrigerator and on the third call when she answered the phone she had an attitude with a short smart mouth hello. I guess she got tired of me calling and she possibly had a bad day. I was going to pay cash for that refrigerator and possibly buy some more furniture, but I'm not sure now. P.S. I went to (Skint and Dent) in Shreveport and bought one and the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME
