I knew no one in Largo when my laptop audio just quit so I tried Lacey only because he had his name associated with his business. When I walked in he stopped what he was doing...(unusual) and started checking the HP. Did all kinds of tests and finally determined it was my CHROME browser causing the problem. {Who would have thought??} He never tried to sell me anything, I walked out with the computer fixed and he charged a very fair price. I couldn't be more happy with my experience at Lacey Computer and with the owner, Dr. Thomas Lacey. I'm not a "big Computer Guy" or anything and needed a helpful, trustworthy and honest ally. He was informative and explained everything I needed, helped me service my computer from the 90s and upgrade it to a new system and tower with accessories. His pricing and turn-around speed were EXTREMELY REASONABLE. As a local small business owner, it's a relief to find good help, locally, and I'll be a return customer for sure.
