Carmen and Nick were very helpful in repairing our toilets. We had a leak in the toilets due to a faulty flap. They were detailed oriented and informative in their recommendations. They gave us recommendations on how to proceed and what next steps would be in terms of our faucet and water pressure issues. This was our second time using LaCassa (previously for a water disposal replacement) and we have been very happy with their service both times.
