I had a great experience with La Vista Emergency House Water Heaters. Erik came out on a Saturday to look at a leak we’d been dealing with at my daughter’s place. He was really patient and took the time to explain why past fixes hadn’t solved the problem, then suggested a permanent solution. After finishing the repair, I didn’t want to pay with a credit card because of the extra fee, but I also couldn’t get to the house with a check. Erik was very helpful and offered to meet my daughter early at their office so she could drop off a check before heading to work. The price was fair and the work was top-notch. we really appreciate this plumbing company! they got us on their schedule right away to check out my mother-in-law’s house. collin was fantastic, always patient even when i had lots of questions. jamie and bernard were super hardworking and knew exactly what they were doing. they put in a new toilet, swapped out the shower hardware, and secured the water heater line so it wouldn’t shake anymore. they even helped install a new kitchen faucet for us. would absolutely recommend these plumbers to anyone needing help with their pipes or fixtures. we’ll definitely call them again!
