La Grange Camera & Video

I had a fantastic experience at LaGrange Camera shop, thanks to Heather! My camera lens cap was jammed, and what could have taken weeks to fix, she managed to solve in just a second. She was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. I’m so grateful for her quick help and amazing service!

I called with some questions about filming a town hall for work, and they suggested I come in so we could really talk everything through. I’m so glad I did. They were truly focused on helping me solve my problem instead of trying to sell me something. Even after realizing they did not have the equipment I needed, they called other stores, checked availability, and shared personal contacts who might be able to help. This shop is so much more than a small camera store. It is a real resource and a reminder of what genuine customer service should feel like. Go here and support them. I struggled financially for a while after dropping off my film to be developed, and now that I am doing better I tried to call them to go pick up my film to find out they had thrown it away without even trying to contact me. I had some very sentimental photos on the roll. I wish I could've gotten a less unapologetic response from the business and maybe even a call when they decided to throw away my photos. Nobody ever told me there was a deadline.

I've gone to Lagrange Camera a few times and had good experiences , but yesterday the people there really helped me out. My camera wasn't working properly and Heather found the problem and fixed the settings in a short time. Nice people and great service! I'd recommend the shop to anyone who asked.
