He came to snake my kitchen sink. He checked the pipes. Drained dishwasher when finished. Ran water for a bit. Gave me some information no others had before on products and maintenance. Was very thorough and personable. Really enjoyed speaking with him then prior plumbers. Rates were good rather then others who jacked their rates up just to snake a sink. I definitely recommend them too anyone!
